Job Title:      Aluminum Railing Installer
Reports to:     Owner and/or Lead Installer

Job Description:
Stairs and railings are a focal point in building design. You can take pride in knowing you installed something that is not only a design highlight, but serves an important function.
The Installer position is a manual labour job that would be best suited for an individual who enjoys working in a construction environment. Installer’s will install aluminum rail including glass products at new builds, renovations, and commercial building sites.
You enjoy physically challenging work, and thrive on the teamwork and work ethic that is required to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment. You value working in a safe workplace as much as we take pride in providing one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reading work orders
  • Using hand and power tools such as, table saw, chop saw, air tools, drills, sanders, etc. Which are all supplied.
  • Measuring, cutting, installing, sanding, etc.
  • Installing all stair and railing materials (Aluminum rail – picket and glass)
  • Working within a team
  • Working inside and outside

Skills & Proficiencies:
  • Experience working with aluminum
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Physically demanding
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Experience working within the construction industry
  • Must know how to read a measuring tape

Qualifications:
  • Training will be provided by experienced installers
  • Fall Arrest Certification (required)
  • First Aid Certification (required)
  • WHMIS Certification (preferred)
Work Remotely:
  • Travel and overnight stays maybe required
Job Title:     Vinyl Deck Installer
Reports to:     Landon Ashby/Owner and or Lead Installer

Job Description:
This position is to assist with deck builds, vinyl install, and various general construction activities. Work settings may vary including residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
  • Prepare floors for installations -  including patch and sanding
  • Conduct moisture, temperature and other tests prior to decking material installation
  • Measure, cut and fasten vinyl decking material
  • Inspect and repair damaged deck coverings
